Description of items and catalogue

MoLA Auctions gives a short desription of the items, which isn´t to be taken as an expert description. MoLA Auctions is not in any way responsible for the description or damages or malfunctions on items that weren´t discovered during their examination of items

Purchase commissions

Written bids are taken in until 15 min (30 min by fax, e-mail or internet) before auction starts. MoLA bids for the customer up to the maximum amount given in the written bid. This will always be done in the most advantageous way for the tenderer. The buyer is obliged to contact MoLA after the auction to control if the left bid has led to a purchase.

Purchase and payment

By cash buy, the payment should take place immediately after the club has fallen. When buying on customer number payment is to be made at the latest on the first work day after the auction, same rule applies on left bids.
Personal check up to 2.000SEK are accepted BUT bought items remain property of MoLA until check has cleared in bank. Bank and credit cards are accepted at the end of the auction, although CREDIT cards are charged an additional fee of 3% of total purchase

Collection

Purchased goods must be collected not later than 5.00 pm first work day after auction. From the second work day after auction a storing fee will be added.

Purchase fee

On every item a fee of 20% is added to the price called by the blow of the hammer.


Responsibility

The responsibility of auction items is on the purchaser from the blow of the hammer.

Bidding
Lowest bid is 50 SEK

Bidding increments in SEK:
50   ->   200   = 25
200  ->  500  = 50
500  ->  5000  = 100
5000 -> 10000  =500
10000 -> =1000

Transport

Transport of purchased goods can be handled by MoLA Auction after the end of auction. Within Bromölla city 100SEK/load will be charged

Outside Bromölla borders, price is to be negotiated based on distance and type of item.
